MCL Foreman Electrical

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released Employment Notice No. 311 dated 16 April 2026 inviting online applications for 500 vacancies in the Electrical discipline. The recruitment includes 150 posts of Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) and 350 posts of Technician (Electrician) (Trainee). Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification and medical examination.

Experience

Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee)

• No prior work experience is required.
Technician (Electrician) (Trainee)
• Minimum 1 Year Training / On-the-Job Training / On-the-Job Practical Experience is mandatory.
• Candidate must also possess LT Permit under IE Rules for Mines or 440–550 Volts Mining Parts Permit issued by the Competent Authority.
